INFORMATION FOR BEING A VENDOR

IMPORTANT STUFF

INDOOR VENDORS:

Your space will be 6′ wide x 4′ space . Please plan to keep your table and products within that area.

Provide your own table and chair and cloth table covering.

We will be on carpet for the show, so please no loose glitter.

OUTDOOR VENDORS:

Your space will be in our large parking lot in the front with food trucks . All food vendors will be closest to the entry and have electricity available.

Each outdoor space is 10′ x 10′

Provide your own tent, tent weights, a table, and chair

BASIC SHOW INFORMATION TO SHARE:

Date: May 25th

Time: 10am-5pm

Location: Grace Canton 46788 Cherry Hill Rd, Canton, MI 48188

Admission is FREE

Join us for this family friendly event featuring food, face painting and shopping all in one place! This event will feature crafters and 60+ artisans selling an array of fine arts, handmade gifts, jewelry, ceramics, apparel, accessories and home goods.

This is a special show because every booth space for vendors is FREE. This is because Grace Canton wants to open up their space to the community to empower and uplift local business owners and artists! This is an indoor and outdoor show that will be focused on handmade goods and unique artisans.

FRIDAY LOAD IN:

We recommend Friday load in for local vendors if they wish. All vendors may load in Friday evening from 6-8pm. We will show you to your space. A vendor map will be emailed to each of your prior to the event.

SATURDAY MORNING:

Please arrive by 9:30 am on Saturday morning. If you plan on setting up Saturday morning, the doors will be open at 8:30 am. Please be ready to go and set up by 9:30 am.

PARKING:

After unloading your goods please move your car to the back parking lot behind the trees to ensure plenty of spots for our guests. There will be a sign saying VENDOR PARKING

THE GOLDEN RULE:

Please be thoughtful when creating your setup. We ask that you please stay within the parameters of your space. Please do not allow your display to bleed out into the walkway, close off a gap between you and your neighbor meant to be an access point. We are hosting this at Grace Canton which is a church building. Let’s take that into consideration when we choose the goods we offer.

BREAKDOWN:

At 5pm we’ll all begin to break down. Please do not start to breakdown earlier than 5pm.

ELECTRICITY:

Electricity is limited—you may have it you may not. Plan accordingly.

BEST IN SHOW:

There will be an award given for the Best Booth Display at the Market ! Excited to see what you all come up with! Think VERTICAL -guests love to see your artwork and if your display is vertical instead of just laying flat, they will get to appreciate it much better and makes their shopping experience more enjoyable. Get creative – wooden drawers turned upside down make great layers, small shelves, card catalogs, frames are great to hang jewelry on – you get the idea!

PRO TIPS:

Don’t forget things like:

Bags / Table coverings / Display Items / Business Cards / Inventory / Pencils / Pens

Change / Card Reader

CREDIT CARD READERS are so easy and helpful. About 60% of guests at events pay with credit cards. All you need is this app on your smart phone and you can take credit cards.

LEGAL THINGS:

Vendors are responsible for collection and payment of any/all taxes. Grace Canton, Kelly Caroline, or affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your goods. Vendors are responsible for any damages they incur while setting up, selling or tearing down at the show.
